About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in our inpatient hospital setting. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individualized OT interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, document progress accurately, and contribute to discharge planning.
