About the Role
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered, comprehensive therapy services aimed at improving clients‘ quality of life. Our Occupational Therapists play a crucial role in our integrated healthcare delivery model, which includes inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and hospice care. You will assess patients‘ needs, devise individual treatment plans, and facilitate rehabilitative services that help patients regain or improve their ability to perform day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individual treatment plans
- Provide patient-centered occupational therapy to improve ADLs
- Deliver rehabilitative services across inpatient rehab, home health, and hospice
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy license
- Clinical experience in rehabilitation settings
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
