Kaiser Permanente seeks a Nurse Practitioner II to deliver advanced patient care across multiple facilities. In partnership with a technology-driven environment, you will perform assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe treatments using evidence-based guidelines. You will leverage robust EHR tools to coordinate care, support telehealth, and track outcomes.
