About the Role

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks a dedicated RN for our Med-Surg/Tele and ICU units. The RN delivers safe, evidence-based care to diverse adult patients, including continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, complex medication management, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, rapid response to changes in condition, and clear documentation in the EHR. RNs at MLK support our mission of health equity through trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, patient and family education, and active participation in quality and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based care in Med-Surg/Telemetry/ICU units

Qualifications

  • RN licensure
  • Basic to advanced cardiac monitoring experience
