About the Role
UCHealth is hiring Registered Nurses for our Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Fellowship. This structured program supports RNs transitioning into acute, progressive care with dedicated preceptors, classroom education, and simulation. Fellows will deliver evidence-based nursing care, manage complex and high‑acuity patients, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in care planning, patient education, and quality initiatives. Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to high-acuity PCU patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Participate in education, quality initiatives, and care planning
Qualifications
- RN license
- ACLS preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
