Set up materials, load and unload machines, adjust controls, and inspect finished work. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules; identify defects or equipment issues and report them promptly. Keep the work area clean and organized, complete production records, and collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily goals. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on production environment. Prior press operation or manufacturing experience is preferred; training may be available for candidates with transferable mechanical skills.
