About the Role
Crossbridge Hospice is seeking a compassionate Manager to oversee daily hospice operations and support our mission of dignified, patient-centered end-of-life care. In this role, you will lead an interdisciplinary team delivering medical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families in home and community settings. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating admissions and care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvement.
