About the Role
UniFirst is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing and facility operations in Wilmington, MA. You'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, boilers, and building systems to ensure safe, efficient uptime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues, performing routine inspections, reading maintenance work orders, and documenting repairs. You'll work closely with production and safety teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with training, growth opportunities, and a strong focus on reliability and workplace safety.
