About the Role
Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatrist to deliver high-quality, accessible mental healthcare through our tech-enabled platform. In this role, you will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide accurate diagnoses, and deliver evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy when appropriate. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary network of providers, leverage intuitive tools to streamline documentation and insurance workflows, and practice in a flexible, remote environment that supports work-life balance, continuous learning, and meaningful impact on mental health access nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide diagnoses
- Deliver evidence-based treatment plans including medication management and psychotherapy when appropriate
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- MD/DO with psychiatry license
- Board-certified or eligible in Psychiatry
- Active medical license in the country/state of practice
