About the Role
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facility. The LPN will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and accurately document in the medical record. You’ll collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and support staff to carry out care plans that promote dignity, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term/post-acute facility
- Administer medications and treatments and document in medical records
- Collaborate with RNs/physicians/therapists to execute care plans
Qualifications
- LPN license
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to document accurately in EMR
