About the Role
RiverWoods Durham, a resident-centered CCRC in Durham, NH, is seeking a full-time LNA/MNA for the 3p-11p shift. In this role, you will provide compassionate direct care, including personal care, medication administration (if certified), assistance with activities of daily living, and emotional support to residents in assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. You will monitor and report changes in condition, follow care plans, and collaborate closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities
