About the Role
TriStar Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support safe, high-quality care on a hospital unit. In this role, you will coordinate daily clinical operations, serve as a resource for nurses, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols. You will assist with complex patient care, oversee patient flow, and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The coordinator supports staffing, onboarding, and ongoing education, while actively engaging in quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and team performance within our patient-first culture.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- RN license
- BSN preferred
- 3+ years clinical experience in hospital setting
