About the Role
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital team. In this role, you will deliver specialized, patient-centered nursing care to adults recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. You will perform assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient progress. Working within a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding culture, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal rehabilitation outcomes, educate patients and families, support safe discharges, and grow your nursing career in a high-quality healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult inpatients
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS/CPR
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
