Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this on-site role, you will verify and dispense medications, optimize pharmacotherapy, and ensure safe, evidence-based medication use for diverse rehab patients. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, provide patient and caregiver medication education, and support quality, regulatory, and safety initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment.
