City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift HR Representative The HR Representative serves as a front-line support to colleagues by providing real-time, accurate and comprehensive responses to inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures and processes. Education ~ High School Diploma (Required) 1 year of administrate and customer service experience. (Experience working with aspects of HR (ex: onboarding). ~ The base pay range for full-time employment is $22.93 - $34.97 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
