Other benefits like gym membership reimbursement, paid parental leave, 401K, and more!</li><li>Work-Life Balance: Paid time off, including paid parental leave.</li><li>Supportive Culture and Rewarding Work: A team-oriented environment where associates make a meaningful impact by helping individuals maintain independence and quality of life.</li><li>Resident Stories That Stay with You: From Maurine, who found an “instant family” to Evelyn, who recently celebrated her 105th birthday with us, our residents enjoy a sense of community that is created by you!</li><li>Career Growth: Tuition reimbursement, training, professional development, and advancement opportunities within a company that invests in its people.</li><li>Employee Owned, Resident Focused: As a 100% employee-owned company, your daily work (supporting our residents) also contributes to your financial future by sharing in our profitability. </li></ul>What You’ll Do This role has complete oversight of on-site HR functions including:<ul style="margin-top: 0.0in;"><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the needs of the community.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent throughout the organization.</li><li>Implement effective recruiting strategies and effectively drive candidates through the hiring funnel.</li><li>Phone screen applicants and schedule interviews.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience for all walk-in applicants.</li><li>Onboard new hires to schedule and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed prior to orientation.</li><li>Ensure all associates files are complying with state and regulatory agency compliance.</li><li>Maintain BCI log.</li><li>Conduct orientation, including communicating with new hires, arranging transportation (when applicable), preparing orientation packets, maintaining onboarding computers and room set-up.</li><li>Follow up with associates to ensure trainings are completed timely by assisting with accessing computers, logging into trainings, and ensuring completion.</li><li>Assist with the timely investigation and resolution of associate relations concerns, while supporting the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Run and review audit reports for I9 and WOTC to keep the integrity and 100% accuracy of the database. Make corrections as necessary.</li><li>Track TB testing and assist with ensuring associates have TB results read within guidelines. </li></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0.0px;"></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0.0in;"></ul>What We’re Looking For <ul style="margin-top: 0.0in;"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role with an emphasis on recruiting and onboarding</li><li>Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li></ul>Wallick’s Mission & Values At Wallick Communities, we believe in opening doors to homes, opportunity, and hope for our residents, associates, and community.
