Provide skilled in-home evaluation and treatment for adults with speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. Work with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to improve communication, safety, independence, and quality of life. Provide aural rehabilitation and augmentative and alternative communication support as needed.
