About the Role

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. In this autonomous, mobile role, you will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders using functional, geriatric-focused interventions. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document thoroughly with efficient technology. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in older adults
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate patients/caregivers
  • Document thoroughly using technology

Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Geriatric experience preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously in home health setting
