About the Role

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based, geriatric rehab services in patients' homes and senior living communities. In this autonomous, mobile role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and deliver individualized treatment plans, document per regulatory and payer standards, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. FOX offers strong clinical support, education, and mentorship, plus clear growth paths and productivity tools to help you deliver proactive, functional care that maximizes safety, independence, and quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
