• Full time Monday ‐ Friday ‐‐ 8 am ‐ 5 pm clinic hours, no OT
• Regional outreach 1 ‐ 2 days per week ‐‐ 55 miles from main site
• Call ratio 1:5 or 1:6 ‐‐ in‐house and phone, 30‐min response from home
• Typically 1 ‐ 5 patients seen per day, up to 9 ‐ 10
• 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient ‐‐ community‐based practice
• No procedures required ‐‐ community‐based hematology / oncology
• Team‐based care ‐‐ APC, RN, LPN, MA, pharmacy, and navigators on staff
• Palliative medicine physicians and APCs also on staff
