About the Role
Hartford Healthcare seeks an Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality care for patients with diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic disorders in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The APP will perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret tests, manage complex treatment plans, and provide patient education in collaboration with endocrinologists and primary care teams. - BC/BE in relevant field
