About the Role
Middlesex Health seeks a Director of Surgical Services to lead all perioperative operations across our integrated health system. This role oversees OR, pre-op, PACU, sterile processing, and ambulatory surgery, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care. The director will drive performance improvement, manage budgets and staffing, support surgeons and clinical teams, and champion evidence-based practice. In our patient-centered, collaborative culture, you will mentor leaders, advance clinical quality, optimize patient flow, and help shape strategic growth of surgical services across the Middlesex Health network.
Responsibilities
- Oversee perioperative operations including OR, pre-op, PACU, sterile processing, and ambulatory surgery

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare leadership (implied)
