As we continue to experience rapid growth, we’re looking for a Contract Recruiter (minimum 6 month role with potential for full-time) to help us attract and hire exceptional, mission-aligned talent. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering a high-quality candidate experience. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to build strong pipelines, move quickly on top talent, and leverage AI to enhance and scale our recruiting efforts. Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across all departments, including roles supporting marketing, production, content, operations, and fundraising from sourcing through offer Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, Boolean searches, AI tools, and other creative strategies Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both active and future roles Use data and recruiting tools to track progress and optimize hiring outcomes Partner closely with VP, People Operations and Director, Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the process Collaborate with the broader People team on recruiting initiatives and projects as needed 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• MUST have strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods
• Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Experience working with Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems
• Strong alignment with PragerU’s principles, conservative values, and genuine enthusiasm for our content and audience
