About the Role
Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Concrete Production Supervisor to lead safe, efficient daily operations in a high-volume concrete manufacturing environment. In this role, you will coordinate raw material supply, batching, and mixing while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards. You will supervise and schedule production staff, monitor equipment performance, and support maintenance to reduce downtime. The position drives continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and sustainability while modeling a safety-first, collaborative culture and developing employees’ technical and leadership skills.
