About the Role
Market District seeks a Cheese Shop Lead to guide our specialty cheese department and inspire a love of food. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, from product merchandising and sampling to inventory, ordering, and shrink control. You’ll serve as a cheese expert, recommending pairings and educating guests while ensuring exceptional service. The Cheese Shop Lead trains and schedules team members, upholds food safety and sanitation standards, and partners with store leadership to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced, culinary-focused retail environment.
