About the Role
Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in our vibrant assisted living and memory care community. In this on-site role, you’ll assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You’ll monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, take vital signs, and document care accurately. As part of our resident-first, team-oriented culture, you’ll collaborate with nurses and care teams, engage residents in social activities, and uphold infection control and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions and take vital signs
- Collaborate with nurses and care teams to provide resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
- Good communication and infection control practices
