Mission Health is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator Registered Nurse to coordinate patient-centered care across our Western North Carolina system. In this role, you’ll triage patient needs, support care transitions, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll leverage advanced EHR tools, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and provide patient and family education.
