Novant Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiovascular Operating Room to deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care. The RN circulates and may scrub for complex cardiac and vascular procedures, ensures sterile technique, coordinates with surgeons and anesthesia, and monitors patient status throughout the perioperative continuum. This role supports evidence-based practice, mentors team members, and participates in quality and safety initiatives within a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on clinical excellence and health equity.
