Cardiothoracic Surgery opening with an award-winning hospital and Cardiothoracic Surgery program in beautiful Northwest Arkansas

Practice Overview:

• Join a collegial team of Cardiothoracic Surgeons and dedicated support staff team including advanced practice providers
• Option to do 100% cardiac cases or a mix of cardiac and thoracic
• High volume practice – ability to do 200+ cases per year
• Ability to do high risk cases (if desired, not required)
• Ability to do TAVR and Structural Heart cases
• On-site robotic surgical equipment
• Robust team of non-invasive cardiologists and interventional cardiologists that serve as a referral base
• $960K base salary with RVU bonus potential
• $100K sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package
