Operate and monitor automatic press equipment to produce parts or products according to work orders and quality standards. Load materials, set up and adjust machine controls, inspect output, and make routine corrections to maintain accuracy and production flow. Perform basic equipment checks, keep the work area clean, and document production or quality issues. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable following written and verbal instructions in a collaborative, service-oriented workplace. Prior press or manufacturing experience is preferred; training may be provided to a motivated candidate.
