About the Role

The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the Director of Nursing in managing clinical operations at a 24-bed skilled nursing community. The role leads and mentors nursing staff, supports resident-centered care and quality improvement, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
