About the Role
Waste Connections is seeking an Assistant Controller to support financial operations for our Transportation & Warehousing services. In this role, you will assist with month-end close, general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple locations. You’ll help develop budgets and forecasts, monitor internal controls, and support audits while ensuring compliance with GAAP. Partner with operations leaders to analyze financial performance, drive cost efficiencies, and support safety- and service-focused decision-making in a growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA or CMA preferred
