Locum tenens anesthesiologist coverage is sought beginning in January on an ongoing basis to address staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.About the Facility LocationCentral Massachusetts offers a range of attractions suited to diverse interests. The Worcester Art Museum, regarded as one of the finest of its size in the country, provides collections spanning ancient civilizations to contemporary works, making the region a destination suited to a broad range of interests.About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide independent anesthesia coverage under an autonomous practice model with 100% hands-on MD involvement. Scheduled shifts run Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 24-hour in-house call shifts on the 2nd and 4th weekends (Friday through Sunday, with a Friday 7:00 AM start). The surgical case mix includes general, plastics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, endoscopy, healthy pediatrics, and OB procedures.
